links
| As
internationalization is a trend in higher education
all over the world in the 21st century, National
Taipei University of Education actively pursues a
policy of international academic collaboration.
Links with higher education institutes worldwide are
formed and maintained through formal academic
agreements, exchange programs, symposia, and visits. |
| At
present, the university has
formal and solid academic relationships with more
than fifty universities, institutions and
organizations, in UK, USA, Australia, China, France,
Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, New
Zealand, and Thailand. |

The
university carries out around
twenty student exchange programs with the assistance
of colleges and departments. Except for coordinating
with overseas universities, the university also
organizes summer English language programs to meet
different needs of students. Many of the faculty
members have visited overseas academic partners for
research and fact-finding purposes. International
scholars are frequently invited to the university to
give lectures or participate in symposia. On these
occasions valuable experiences in educational
matters are shared. The university strives to expand
and strengthen its connections with other well-known
institutions in the world and aims to make itself a
valuable partner to all cooperative institutions in
the years to come.
